Safe paper tube pushing function
The feeding-pushing device ensures the stable pushing of the paper tube through the precise coordination of the motor, belt, roller, and detection switch. The detection switch immediately provides feedback to the PLC, which then controls the motor to propel the paper tube at a consistent speed. When the paper tube approaches the positioning plate, the motor torque mode is automatically adjusted until the paper tube is in place and stops. The whole process is safe and reliable.

Good dust suction and dust removal effect
The sawing main unit integrates paper tube length setting, cutting, finished paper tube output, material head judgment dust suction, and dust removal. The dust suction port is located on the end face of the sawing positioning plate. It adopts a closed dust suction structure and cooperates with a large air volume dust removal fan to form a negative pressure dust suction effect, effectively sucking away sawdust and tiny particles, ensuring the cleanliness of the air and ground on site. The dust removal air volume reaches 5000m³/h, ensuring a good dust removal effect.

Feeding device：

The feeding device serves to supply paper tubes to the sawing unit. Once a paper tube enters the feeding roller, a detection switch sends a signal to the PLC, which controls the motor to propel the tube forward at a predetermined speed. As the paper tube approaches the positioning plate within the sawing unit, the motor is commanded to switch to a torque mode and continues until the tube reaches the designated position. This seamless operation is facilitated by the synchronized action of the motor, belt, bottom roller (also referred to as the feeding roller here), positioning plate, and detection switch, ensuring that each paper tube is accurately advanced to the positioning plate and fulfilling the paper tube feeding function.

Sawing host device

This structure serves as the primary device for fixing paper tube length, cutting, producing finished paper tubes, judging material waste heads, dust collection and removal, and providing protection. By combining a servo motor and encoder within a linear module, closed-loop control is achieved, resulting in significantly enhanced accuracy. Utilizing imported Italian TDK high-speed sawing technology ensures smooth and flush end surfaces. Additionally, the enclosed dust collection and removal structure guarantees the cleanliness of the air and ground at the worksite.

During the sawing process, the paper tube rotates stably. The high-speed saw blade cuts the tube through the synchronized lifting action of a cylinder and the rotation of the paper tube. Once the cut is complete, the saw blade quickly descends back to its original position. The finished paper tube then rolls out through the overturning of support rollers. Meanwhile, the modular positioning device prepares for the next length positioning, and the feeding push mechanism advances another paper tube to the positioning plate.

The end surface of the sawing positioning plate is equipped with a dust suction port, allowing for vacuuming while cutting. The saw blade guard efficiently removes the majority of sawdust. The dust removal system generates sufficient air volume to create a negative pressure inside the main structure, ensuring that even tiny particles are suctioned away. These particles are collected within the hopper of the dust removal box on the first floor, which requires regular cleaning.
