Parallel Paper Tube Winder adopts a PLC control system and digital panel to realize the full automation from paper roll feeding to paper tube winding, cutting, and collection. Compared with traditional manual operation, automated production can significantly reduce manual intervention and improve production efficiency by more than 30%. At the same time, the digital panel makes parameter setting and real-time monitoring easier and more intuitive.

Accurate servo drive
The core shaft rotation of the equipment is driven by a high-precision servo motor, which ensures stability and accuracy during the winding process. The positioning accuracy of the servo motor can reach 0.01mm, making the size of the produced paper tube more consistent, meeting the application scenarios with high precision requirements.

Flexible discharge frame to adapt to various needs
To meet the needs of different production environments, Parallel Paper Tube Winder provides two options: a hydraulic shaftless discharge frame and a pneumatic discharge frame. The hydraulic shaftless discharge frame is suitable for the discharge of heavy paper tubes, while the pneumatic discharge frame is more flexible and lightweight, suitable for the production of various paper tube specifications.

Stable quality
The glue coating device adopts a scraping method to ensure that the glue is evenly applied and avoids the problem of glue overflow. At the same time, the Parallel Paper Tube Winder is also equipped with an automatic deviation correction device, which can monitor and correct the deviation of the paper tube in the winding process in real time, ensuring the straightness and roundness of the paper tube, making the quality of the produced paper tube more stable and reliable.

The machine consists of a paper unwinding device, a main shelf device, a paper gluing device, a paper pressing device, a cutting device, and a tube winding device.

Paper feeding device: adopts pneumatic brake to automatically lift paper. The automatic discharge function of the paper tube is installed.

Mainframe device: A steel welding frame is adopted.

Gluing device: including gluing container, glue roller, and scraping parts.

Paper pressing device: The rubber roller and the grooved steel roller are used to press the paper.

Cutting device: automatic cutting.

Rolling tube device: easy to discharge, and there are supports on both sides of the rolling tube.
