Accurate servo drive
The core shaft rotation of the equipment is driven by a high-precision servo motor, which ensures stability and accuracy during the winding process. The positioning accuracy of the servo motor can reach 0.01mm, making the size of the produced paper tube more consistent, meeting the application scenarios with high precision requirements.
Flexible discharge frame to adapt to various needs
To meet the needs of different production environments, Parallel Paper Tube Winder provides two options: a hydraulic shaftless discharge frame and a pneumatic discharge frame. The hydraulic shaftless discharge frame is suitable for the discharge of heavy paper tubes, while the pneumatic discharge frame is more flexible and lightweight, suitable for the production of various paper tube specifications.
