Precise Tension Control
The roll paper slitting machine adopts a dual-motor design, which drives two idler wheels for rewinding. This design not only improves the slitting efficiency but also achieves more precise tension control through the slight speed difference between the two idler wheels, thereby improving the rewinding quality. Compared with a single-motor drive, the dual-motor system can reduce the rewinding error by 30%, ensure uniform tightness of the paper after slitting, and improve the overall product quality.
Strong load-bearing capacity
The hydraulic loading system of the machine integrates components such as an unwinding frame, pneumatic brake bag, clamping head, longitudinal adjustment device, and hydraulic station, ensuring high stability and strong load-bearing capacity during operation, and can withstand up to 5 tons of paper weight.
High slitting accuracy
The rewinding locking cylinder adopts a unique combination design of handwheel, lead screw, inner sleeve, ratchet, and bolt, which can firmly lock and unlock the rewinding shaft to ensure the uniform tightness of the paper during the slitting process. This design effectively avoids the loosening and misalignment of the paper during the slitting process, improves the slitting accuracy, and can control the slitting error within ±0.1 mm, ensuring the high quality of the output paper.
