Spiral Paper Tube Winding Unit

The spiral paper tube winding machine produces the continuous tube from the glued paper plies,whose inside diameter corresponds to the cross section of the winding mandrel.The main drive of the machine consists of a radial piston pump with energy-saving pressure flow control.
The pitch angle is adjusted and fixed by means of a hand Wheel and worm gear.winding speed can be entered either directly at the machine or remotely from the cutting device.

Paper Tube Length Cutting Unit
